First Tier Tribunal Dispensation Application – Asbestos Removal Contract November 2022

An error was noted on the Section 20 Notice of Proposal – Boroughwide Procurement of a Specialist Asbestos Removal Contractor which was sent to all leaseholders on 5^th September 2022.

The First Tier Tribunal Hearing for this matter will take place at 10am on 8 January 2024 for further details refer to the Hearing Notification below.

Barnet Homes applied to the First Tier Chamber Property Tribunal for dispensation on this matter.  The tribunal issued their directions on 23^rd May 2023 and as per their directions the documents are available for you to view.  These include:
