Rent payment
Your tenancy agreement says you must pay your rent in advance. Therefore, you must make your first weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment on or before 1st April 2024.
We offer monthly direct debits. You can pay by monthly direct debit on the 1st or 15th of the month.
If you have a debit or credit card, you can pay your rent by telephoning us on 020 8080 6587 between 8am and 6pm or online at barnethomes.org.
You can also pay by debit or credit card by telephoning the automated telephone payment line on 0845 356 3456 and choose ‘Housing Rent’. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note that this service is not available to OpenDoor customers.
