Changes to Garage Management: What You Need to Know
Barnet Homes are committed to delivering services that are high quality, efficient and good value for money. As part of this ongoing work, we are making an important change to how our garage services are managed.
From 1 March 2026, the day-to-day letting and management of our garages will transfer to Secure Parking & Storage, a specialist garage management company who will be managing our garages on our behalf. Find out more about them on their website https://secureparkingandstorage.co.uk/about-us/
If you want to rent a garage
If you would like to rent one of Barnet Homes’ garages, you will need to contact Secure Parking & Storage.

Use of the garage
- Our garages are not classed as dry storage areas.
- Petrol, gas cylinders or flammable liquids must not be stored in our garages.
Loss
The Council is not liable for any loss or damage to property kept in the garage. The Tenant should arrange any necessary insurance for the contents of this garage.
The Tenant stores any items in the garage solely at his/her own risk, and indemnifies the Council against any liability for contents stored in the garage where loss or damage has been caused by whatever reason.
