We have 9165 council housing properties excluding leasehold properties.
How many social housing units (excluding council housing) exist in the borough?
We manage social housing owned by the London Borough of Barnet on their behalf so would not have the number or other units that are not council housing within the borough. This question would need to be posed to the London Borough of Barnet as it relates to registered social landlords within the borough.
What percentage of council housing units in the borough is provided on secure housing or lifetime tenancy agreements?
We have 7787 of those above that are tenure type secure
What percentage of social housing units (excluding council housing) in the borough is provided on secure housing or lifetime tenancy agreements
We cannot provide data for this as this question is asked about “excluding council housing” and for our secure tenancies these are only in social housing provided by Barnet Homes

No, the current Tenancy Strategy does not provide for the reassessment of any change in the annual income of those placed in council housing.
