We have introduced a new way to share important information and reminders about fire and building safety. The digital notice boards have been installed in six of our high-rise residential buildings to display a variety of updates, including:

  • Announcements: Mechanical issues, fire protection measures
  • Visits: Fire Risk Assessments, Building Safety Inspections
  • Building works: Upcoming essential works, consultations
  • Information: Useful fire safety tips and reminders
  • Incidents: Major building safety incidents
  • Feedback: Reports from visits, outcomes from engagement
  • Rolling information: Regular updates such as the fire action notices with QR code to translate to different languages; lift safety dos and don’ts, and clear communal areas. These will remain on the boards as reminders
  • Real-time updates: Information about real-time incidents or upcoming announcements, for instance water supply issues and lifts out of order.
  • Feedback and involvement: Outcomes from reports and resident surveys for example fire risk assessments.
