Housing Rent
You should have received your rent variation notice letter which confirms how much your rent will be from April 2025. If you receive universal credit (UC), it is important that you keep this letter as you may need to provide UC with the information that is on it. The annual rent calendar can be found in the centre fold of this edition.

Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP)
Are you in rent arrears and struggling to pay your rent and feel that you need a bit of support? If so, please contact us as we will be able to assist you in making a DHP application. A DHP may clear part or even all of your rent arrears! To qualify for a DHP you must be in receipt of housing benefit or the housing element of universal credit.
