It is Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week from 30 June to 6 July, and the theme for this year is #MakingCommunitiesSafer.

This year’s campaign focuses on four vital calls to action:

  1. Guaranteed support for victims of ASB
  2. Resolve delays in the justice system
  3. One single, national information sharing agreement
  4. Make it easier to report ASB

We understand that ASB can have a serious impact on people’s lives, but we feel by working together, we can make a real difference. We are working directly with partner agencies this year to try and make it easier for people to report ASB. There is a large part of ASB that goes unreported, and we understand this is in part to do with people not knowing who and where to report things to. We will be working across this borough during ASB week to speak with residents and provide information about how to report ASB.

Ways to report ASB

If you are a tenant or leaseholder of The Barnet Group you can report ASB directly to us, details of how to report can be found here.

Likewise, if you are experiencing ASB either from one of our residents, properties or on our estates you can report ASB directly to us.

In all cases of an emergency or threats to life please call the police.
