We are grateful to all the tenants and leaseholders who responded to the Council’s request for feedback on our services in preparation for the new 10 year management agreement the Council intends to enter into with Barnet Homes, from 1st April 2016.

Whilst the feedback we have been receiving over the past years shows that satisfaction amongst our customers is increasing, as also demonstrated by our last substantial satisfaction survey in 2014, the outcomes from this survey show that we still have a number of improvements to make in respect of communication, consistency of our services and customer service, in particular.

The good news is that we have already started our improvements in these areas and this work will continue.

Your comments from the questionnaire and focus groups have been reviewed and agreed by ‘PAG’, Barnet Homes’ tenant led Performance Advisory Group, who will be responsible for helping us to monitor our improvements.

We are currently developing our five year business plans and creating a new Community development Strategy.

Your feedback will be at the heart of our plans and once these are finalised, in early 2016, we will publish our action plan on the website, alongside the survey report, to keep you informed and ensure that you are aware of the difference your comments have made.
