Every summer, staff from Barnet Homes and Opendoor Homes host a series of meet and greet events across estates in Barnet. These are an opportunity for residents to speak with staff (with representation from all key services) and report any issues.
We respond to all the issues raised, and share the outcomes with tenants here.
At Blessbury Road, we responded to repairs raised for the following:
- Repairs in tenants’ homes
- Wall tiles
- Roof tiles
- Manhole cover
- Main entry door
- Damp and mould issues
- Leaks in communal areas and homes
We also:
- Provided tenants with details about their tenancy
- Reminded caretakers about their responsibilities and cleaning standards in blocks
- Arranged for our rough sleepers team to attend and work with rough sleepers on the estate
- Responded to customer service complaints
- Made referrals to our occupational therapists
