Payments made before 5pm using this method are credited onto your rent account the next working day!
Our telephone automated payment line is also on available and this can also be used 24/7 by calling 0845 356 3456. When using this service, please ensure that you have your 9-digit rent reference account number to hand (this starts with a 1 and can be found on any rent statement or rent letter sent to you).
Other ways to pay your rent Automated payments on set dates
If you would prefer payments to be managed automatically, we offer payments by monthly direct debit on the 1st the 15th of the month. If you would like to pay by monthly direct debit, please let us know by either emailing us at IncomeCollection@barnethomes.org or give us a call on 020 8610 3538 and we will send you a direct debit mandate to complete. You can also pay by bank standing order on any date to suit you! You will need to arrange this with your bank and provide your bank with our details which are as follows:
