BOOST is currently managing the 5th cohort of apprentices on behalf of the Barnet Group. To date we have had 46 apprentices in our services ranging from IT, HR, Regeneration, Housing, Customer Services, Income Collection, Gas Engineering, Fire & Safety, Bumblebee, Finance, and Domestic Abuse Prevention.
To date within the group, 88% of apprentices have passed their apprenticeships, 82% have gone straight in employment, and 72% have remained within the group. Last year two of our apprentices received distinctions!
During February to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week (NAW), we had a lunch & learn session at our head office in Colindale, where we had a great turnout and shared many success stories. We also held a “register your interest” session in future TBG apprenticeships at Chipping Barnet Library.
This year we are currently working on some exciting vacancies for our 6th cohort to start in the autumn. Details of this year’s apprenticeships will be advertised around July 2025, with interviews taking place in due course. Please check the following websites below for further updates: –
