The team are responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical works, embracing the use of new technologies, such as energy/fault monitoring systems – ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable building management. Their combined experience and qualifications enable them to deliver complex projects and help meet the diverse needs of our residents and their homes.

The team has delivered numerous projects, including:
- £90 million of electrical infrastructure works to housing blocks over the last 14 years
- 700 new water tanks installed to replace old plastic or asbestos tanks
- 7,335 homes connected to Broadband Gigabit Infrastructure via Community Fibre London
- 8,000 homes connected to Openreach
