  1. Whether any arrangements exist (contractual or otherwise) between the local authority and any third-party organisation to facilitate the provision of private rented sector accommodation to homeless applicants in discharge of the local authority’s Part VII duties.

 

I can confirm that no arrangements exist with third Party organisation to discharge the main homelessness duty from January 2025 to date.

 

  1. If such an arrangement exists or has existed in the past 12 months, the local authority is requested to disclose copies of any document which details the terms of the arrangement.
