Thank you for your reply, please see our responses below in blue as follows – (within Blocks 1-24; 25-40; 41-64; 65-76 that had the following work carried out as follows)

 

  1. Apply liquid waterproofing to asphalt to individual balconies.
  • 1-24 18 balconies, 25-40 12 balconies, 41-64 18 balconies, 65-76 6 balconies (and substation roof, and external walkway)

 

  1. Timber frame; Fully clean and prepare door thresholds and window cills and provide two coats of Dulux Trade Ultimate Woodstain to match existing. Where bare or repaired surfaces are present spot prime with one coat of primer recommended by manufacturer.
  • All flat front door thresholds to internal stair core blocks, no known no accesses, therefore 64 flats. Communal thresholds where present and strips at base of communal windows where present (mainly blocks comprising flats 1-64 timber and a metal strip).

 

  1. Metal frame; Fully clean and prepare metal window cills and provide two coats of Dulux Trade Metalshield Gloss. Where bare or new surfaces are present spot prime with one coat of  primer recommended by manufacturer.
  • Communal areas, strips at base of communal windows where present (mainly blocks comprising flats 1-64, timber and a metal strip).

 

  1. Flat front doors; timber; fully clean, prepare, and provide two coats of Dulux Trade Ultimate Woodstain or Dulux Trade Weathershield Exterior High Gloss to match existing. Where bare or repaired surfaces are present spot prime with one coat of primer recommended by manufacturer. Apply in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. Communal side only.
  • 25-50 1no. front door (1 flat).
