Thank you for your request dated 14 February 2025, asking for information that we hold as follows. please see our responses below in blue:

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to know the following:

  1. A) What is the total number of residential houses and flats that this local authority currently owns or rents? I can advise the total number of flats and houses managed by Barnet Homes on behalf of Barnet Council is 10326. Please note this excludes leasehold properties. You may wish to approach Barnet Council separately as they may manage some residential properties.
  2. B) How many of this local authority’s owned or rented homes are currently fitted with solar panels or other solar technology? We have 26 blocks which have solar panels on them 42 individual properties
  3. C) How many of this local authority’s owned or rented homes are currently fitted with heat pump technology? 35
  4. D) How many of this local authority’s owned or rented homes currently score an EPC rating of D, E, F or G? 4347
