Thank you for your request dated 19 August 2024, apologies for the delay, we have treated this as a Freedom of Information request.
You have asked for the following information, please find our responses in black:
1.“I just wanted to ask for a list of companies that provide you with Guardians that I could contact about applying”
We use ADHOC Become a Property Guardian | Ad Hoc Property and on their website they show available properties Live-In Guardian Properties | Ad Hoc Property .
2.“I also wanted to ask if guardians are still needed to occupy Norden Point, Clare point or Whychcoate Point.”
We believe that the exemptions detailed below apply:
