2024/25 Rent
You should have received your rent variation notice letter which confirms how much your rent will be from April 2024. If you receive universal credit (UC), it is important that you keep this letter as you may need to provide UC with the information that is on it. The annual rent calendar can be found in the centre fold of this edition. You will note that 2024/25 is a 53-week year which means that there will be one extra chargeable week. Please ensure that you budget ahead for this extra week. Unfortunately, if you are in receipt of UC, this additional week will not be covered. Please note that the rent free weeks on this calendar do not apply to Opendoor Homes customers.
