Whether your organisation has homelessness staff on-site at a local authority building to assess people approaching as homeless? (i.e., can people who are homeless go to council offices in person and be assessed by a person face-to-face).

Yes, although we encourage residents to approach either by phone or online where possible.

If so, please state how many are on duty on any given day to assess/advise people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

If there is no drop in facility, please state the approach people experiencing homelessness must take when applying for housing.
