  1. The total number of lock-up domestic garages owned by your council : 1472
  2. The total number of these garages that are currently empty : 1043 void, 429 active
  3. The total number that are currently let to council estate residents : 123
  4. The total number that are let to non-council estate residents : 297 (69 of which are leaseholder, and 53 being listed as being used by Barnet Homes Caretakers)

Please be advised, there are 9 residents that we do not have tenure information for.
