Tatiana Jose – Chair

My name is Tatiana, and I am so excited to be part of this new team. I look forward to learning with the Barnet homes Resident Board on how to best contribute to my local community. In my spare time, I enjoy helping people and investing in self-improvement activities so that I can spread joy and positivity.

Janet Enang

I am deeply passionate about supporting single parents and helping them navigate life’s challenges. Through my work with Brent Council and by running a community project, I’ve had the privilege of empowering families and building meaningful support networks.

This passion grew from my own lived experiences as a single parent, and I would love the opportunity to contribute this perspective and energy to the resident group in Barnet Council. I have lived in the borough for as long as I can remember, and I am part of the 18,175 single-parent households in Barnet representing nearly half of all families with dependent children. There is need for tailored support and the first step is being a voice for a group where no voice has existed before.

Deborah Jones

I joined the resident board because I genuinely want all voices to be heard, tenants and leaseholders alike. I want to make a difference to people’s living conditions, and for them to access a good service from Barnet Homes.

Zodiak Habtemariam

My connection to our neighborhood has deepened from simply being a resident to having a genuine stake in its well-being and future. This long-term, on-the-ground perspective has provided me with a clear understanding of our community’s character and evolving needs, which I have actively supplemented through my volunteer work as a youth worker. That role has given me a firsthand view of the challenges and aspirations of our families, honing my ability to listen, mediate, and advocate effectively. I am eager to bring this unique combination of lived experience and practical insight to the board, serving as a dedicated bridge between my neighbors and the decision-making table to help foster a more connected and vibrant community for everyone.

Donna Modeste

Marielle Molette

Tina Philippou

I have lived in the local area for almost 20 years, and joined the board to make a difference to my friends and neighbours where I live.

Melanie Sarthal

I joined the board because I am interested in understanding the work that Barnet Homes does to improve people’s homes and living conditions. I am particularly keen to hear about repairs, improvements, and projects that can enhance the estate and improve the quality of life for residents.

Caroline Soccio

Working with people from all backgrounds seems to be the right step forward to gain a better understanding of our community, the needs of all citizens, and my role in society. Communicate closely with people facing major struggles can help me also grow I suppose in personal development. By joining the Barnet Homes Resident Board I sincerely hope to bring a different perspective, possibly more support in the delivery of the service. At the same time also learn more about the challenges Barnet needs to tackle and work together to overcome them.
