Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure their voices are heard, we are currently recruiting to our Resident Board.
Our drive is to ensure residents have meaningful opportunities to take part in the day-to-day management of their homes. We also want residents to be involved in strategic decision making.
We recognise that you will be committing some of your valuable time to work with us and will provide a financial incentive of £75 for each business meeting attended, which will be held four times a year. A few shorter, formal meetings may also take place in between these meetings.
