Celebrating Barnet Homes’ 20th Anniversary!

In April 2004, Barnet Homes was born. This new Arms-Length Management Organisation (ALMO) was created to provide better social housing services for Barnet Residents, and access to over £80m in government funding to complete the Decent Homes programme.

Since then, Barnet Homes has continued to grow, and deliver services to residents across Barnet. We are delighted to share some of the 20 landmark moments which made Barnet Homes what it is today. From completing the Decent Homes programme, to the purchase of 249 new homes at Colindale Gardens, we’ve come a long way, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.
