Our Performance Advisory Group's role is to challenge and influence the way Barnet Homes provides services to tenants and leaseholders across the borough.
Residents on the group, called PAG for short, help improve Barnet Homes services by monitoring and scrutinising performance and reporting directly to the directors.
Their role includes setting performance areas which Barnet Homes will be held accountable to and published in our
athome magazine for all residents to see.
PAG members also look at our service standards, how best we can with engage young people, how to involve residents in estate inspections, and much, much more!
