We will need to go inside your home on occasion and you must let us in:
• to carry out annual gas safety checks
• to inspect the state of repair and condition of the property
• to carry out repairs, alterations and improvements to the property or to the block or estate
• for other management purposes, such as ensuring the right people are living in your home.
Except in an emergency, we will give you 48 hours notice in writing. Always ask to see proof of identity before letting anybody in, or contact us if you are not sure about it.
