Please contact us if you want to see the information we hold about you on computer or on your tenancy file.
We cannot show you:
• confidential information given to us, for example by doctors or social workers
• information that includes details of other people.
If you think the information we have is not correct, you can ask us to change or remove it. If we do not accept that the information is wrong, we will attach a note to your file recording your view and our decision not to alter it.
All information we have about our tenants is treated as confidential. We will deal with it very carefully. We may give personal information about you to other organisations, but only for good reasons and usually with your permission.
