If you want to end your tenancy, you must give us at least four weeks notice in writing. You can fill in, sign and return our online termination of tenancy form.
When you move out, you must not leave anyone living there. If you do, you will remain responsible for the rent and we will evict them.
Please do not give your keys to anyone or leave the property unsecured.
