Rent levels are set through a government formula that applies to all social landlords.
Your weekly rent may include:
• Net rent - the weekly charge for your tenancy
• Water rate charges – if you do not have a water meter, we collect the charges for water and drainage costs on behalf of the water company in your area
• Heating and/or hot water – if there is a central communal system
• Service charges – for shared lighting, grounds maintenance, caretaking and supporting people (sheltered housing officer and Assist alarm)
