You must ensure that you, your family or visitors do not cause, allow or tolerate a nuisance or disturbance to any other people around your home. You must not cause or allow others to harass anyone.
This means you are responsible for the behaviour of every person living in or visiting your home.
If you allow this you are breaching your tenancy conditions and putting your home at risk. Barnet Homes could take legal action against you even if it is a member of your family or visitor who has caused the nuisance.
