How often will someone come to inspect my building?

Barnet Homes will need access to you home on occasion to complete important compliance checks – you must allow us entry to complete these checks by law. You must also ensure that the area we need access to is cleared in advance. This means that anything that might be blocking access, such as items being stored in the boiler cupboard, should be removed.

You will always be notified of any upcoming inspections, as you will need to be in to grant access to someone from Barnet Homes. This notice will usually be in the form of a SMS text message roughly two weeks before the appointment.
