What happens next?
Our staff and contractors will determine what the repair is by asking you a number of questions.
If you think the repair is covered by insurance, please tell us when you call.
We will give you a timescale for the repair depending how urgent it is. In cases of emergency, we may carry out a temporary repair before fully fixing it.
