How can I give you my views?


Fill out the Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions form.
You can give your views in person to any member of staff, at our offices, or over the telephone to our customer services call centre, telephone 0800 389 5225 .
We can provide help with interpreting, audiotape, signing and braille.


How your views make a difference to our staff and to our services

  • Managers use complaints information when they look at the training needs for our staff,
  • Managers use complaints information to assess our staff.
  • Our Board of Directors and Barnet Council's Chief Executive review our complaints to monitor our performance
  • Our Chief Executive and Senior Management Team look at complaints, comments and suggestions to see how you think we are performing,
  • Your views are used to make our services better and when considering new services, for example, Caretaking plus.
