You are responsible for maintaining the decorating inside your home. However, we offer a decorations and improvements scheme for vulnerable tenants who are unable to do the work themselves because of their age or disability.

For elderly and disabled tenants we:

• Let you choose from a menu of decorating and minor improvements every four years
• Replace floor tiles
• Replace fluorescent tubes and starters
• Repair fencing and gates

Security

We also offer security works for anyone who feels they or their home is at risk. If you are disabled or aged 60 or over you may be entitled for further security works.
