Our Service Standards 

 

These are the service standards which you can expect from Barnet Homes.

At Barnet Homes we work hard to ensure our services meet the standards that our customers expect. We are also committed to making sure that everyone has equal access to our services, recognising the diversity that exists in the communities we serve.


These standards have been developed after many months of consultation with resident representatives through the Barnet Housing Consultative Panel, resident focus groups, newsletters etc. Everyone of our service standards has received our Resident Stamp of Approval. Without this important authorisation our service standards cannot be published or implemented.


Each standard outlines how we will measure our performance against the standard and we will ensure that our results are regularly published in our resident newsletter At Home and on this website.
