Estate Action Days
Estate action days take place on most of our large estates - unless residents have said that they prefer estate inspections. Residents are asked before the action day what work and improvements they want carried out and all the services work together on the day to improve the overall estate environment.

Estate inspections
We carry out regular inspections of our residents, and residents are welcome to join us and give ideas for improvements. You can find the latest schedule here.
Grounds Maintenance
The grounds maintenance on most of our estates is looked after by Barnet Council's Grounds Maintenance Team. Barnet Homes also has a small team which looks after some estates and carries out work to improve our estates.
