Customer care is a priority for Barnet Homes and is reflected in our business aims and  business plan. We recognise that building and maintaining close relationships with our residents will help us to understand and meet their needs better.  This includes providing clear and relevant information, guidance and feedback, conducting ourselves in a professional, courteous and helpful way and providing high standards of accountability and efficiency.  

Delivering outstanding customer care to both internal and external customers is the responsibility of every member of the Barnet Homes Team regardless of job title or remit.
