Terms of Office

Board directors are usually appointed for a three year term and may serve for a maximum of three consecutive terms of office. They can re-apply for re-election/ re-appointment again after one full term away from office.

 

Election of the Board Chair and Vice-Chair

The position of Chair and Vice Chair of the board is elected annually by the Board following its AGM.
 

Election of the sub group chairs

The sub group chairs are nominated by the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board and are subject to the approval of the full Board.
