Terms of Office, Rotation and Election of Chairs 

 

Board directors are usually appointed for a three year term and may serve for a maximum of three consecutive terms of office. They can re-apply for re-election/ re-appointment again after one full term away from office.

Election of the Board Chair and Vice-Chair


The position of Chair and Vice Chair of the board is elected annually by the Board following its AGM.

The Sub-group chairs are nominated by the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board and are subject to the approval of the full board.
