Examples include repairs, major works and gas safety.
These contracts have a major impact on the quality of our services and their costs. They can affect the value for money we can offer for tenants’ rent, and the level of leaseholders’ service charges.
For that reason, we want to involve our residents at every stage of the procurement process.
This includes:
• drawing up tender documents
• awarding contracts
• evaluating contracts over time
