At Barnet Homes we work hard to offer the best possible services for our residents and to ensure our services meet the standards our customers expect.
We are also committed to making sure everyone has equal access to our services, recognising the diversity that exists in the community we serve.
In October 2010 we introduced a new set of service standards for Barnet Homes. These are a set of criteria, based on a framework set out by housing regulator the Tenant Services Authority, which enable residents to gauge our performance and hold us to account.
