Barnet Homes have decided not to renew our contract with Wing Parking and will not appoint any alternative parking scheme contractors.
Barnet Homes do not believe that the current legislation supporting the operation of these types of parking management schemes is sufficiently effective or cost efficient for our needs or those of our residents.
The current parking management service on your estate terminated as of 20:00 hrs on Tuesday 31 January 2017.
Thereafter, you and your visitors may park on estates without the need to display a parking permit or the risk of receiving a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). Any Parking Charge Notices issued up to that time will remain valid and payment will need to be made in the usual manner. Wing Parking will also continue to pursue all existing outstanding charges for parking charge notices that have already been issued up to that point.
Please note that any Controlled Parking Zones enforced by the London Borough of Barnet will remain.
Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will of course keep all residents fully informed about any further developments in relation to a possible new parking scheme.
