Barnet Homes’ new build scheme shortlisted for Best New Build!

After submitting an application to the Best New Build Scheme at the National Federation of ALMOs(NFA), 2014 Awards and we are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted!

The winning entry will be announced at the NFA awards ceremony and gala dinner on the evening of 16 July 2014 during the NFA’s annual conference in Manchester.

We are proud to be working with Barnet Council on a substantial programme of new council houses over the next five years.

The properties at Alexandra Road are first council homes to be built in Barnet for more than 20 years and used modern methods of construction, which include level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Planning applications for 40 more homes on six further sites in the next phase of development have been submitted by our Development team.

The Alexandra Road new build development has already featured in the press and its residents are the cover stars of At Home’s summer 2014 edition.
